Arrived to a power outage that lasted across my first night, what a lovely welcome! And can you believe I was not even offered a room upgrade to compensate for such an inconvenience? The pool was quite cloudy, not exactly the refreshing dip one hopes for. I almost thought to leave a good review, but just couldn't.

It was just an appropriate option for strolling in Puerto del Carmen with reasonable value. The breakfast from the pool bar was decent and filled us up for the day. Make sure to bring a fan if visiting during warmer months.

the apartments are well-maintained, featuring a lovely outdoor pool and a convenient poolside snack bar for refreshments (perfect for sunny days! ). the staff is welcoming, especially the friendly receptionists who assist with all queries.

The apartment was cozy, with a great pool area that our kids absolutely loved. We enjoyed the roof-top sun deck, which offered amazing views. The friendly bar staff, especially Mike, made our mornings brighter with delicious breakfasts and slushies. Staying with my boyfriend made it even better!

In my child’s opinion, more kids entertainment would be great.

I just came back from a lovely 4-night stay where I enjoyed the beautiful balcony view of the sea and had some fantastic burgers from the snack bar by the pool. The outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing with sun loungers and a great sun terrace to soak up the rays. Just a heads up, the internet connection was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't take away from my overall experience!

stayed for 30 nights and the staff were super friendly, room was clean and there was a nice pool area. loved the pool bar too, pretty convenient! good location near the beach and shops. it’s clear that the place is well-maintained and they keep everything tidy.

But the sunbed situation was a joke, had to get up early to snag a lounger. also, my apartment didn't get much sun at all. very frustrating!

And the staff were all super friendly and helpful, especially at the pool bar. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the seafront and the beach! Clean apartments with a good cleaning service every other day.

Nice place with a spacious pool area and clean apartments. Stayed in a room with a private bathroom, electric kettle, and a good-sized balcony overlooking the pool. Location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to the strip. Small issue with sunbeds as they're not comfortable, but it was a smooth check-in and the staff were very accommodating.

Free wifi was great, and luggage storage was handy. Limited loungers at the pool.

Can't recommend highly enough for a short stayover.

Bright apartment, friendly staff, well-equipped snack bar, with a short 10-minute taxi ride from the airport and a lovely pool area that features both a saltwater pool and children's pool.

No drawbacks at all.
